Only you see this. What needs you, what is coming up, and what changed.
New ideas, orders, suggestions and photos to process.
What we are aiming for.
Monthly email report. Goes to the client on the 3rd of each month, once Google data for the month is complete. It holds if your notes are not written yet.
No channel is connected yet.
How often the website appears in Google, and how often people click.
Lower is better. Position 1 is the top result.
All visits, not only from Google.
Upload new LinkedIn page exports in System, Import. Google Business Profile gets its own pill once Google approves API access; YouTube later.
Orders from the web shop, and how many come from customers who have ordered before.
Regular customers whose usual reorder time has passed, or passes within two weeks. A good list for a personal email.
Items ordered in the last six months.
Built from what is happening in the Client Hub. Both of you can add a point.
Ellie gets an email for every new note. When a note becomes a post, it shows here with its date, and it appears in the content calendar.
New orders go into the next open order slot in the calendar, with your photo.
The photos needed for upcoming posts and articles. Clean shots, no text on the image. Upload straight from a phone.
The person sees only the shots asked of them and an upload button, in their language. No login. A link works for 60 days and can be switched off at any time. It is shown only once, so copy it when you make it.
Only you see this. What is switched on, who has access, imports, and the scheduled jobs.
A module shows to the client only when it is switched on, built, and its connections work.
Keys are kept as secrets, never in the hub. Here you choose what each connection reads, and fetch fresh numbers.
The Monday update and the monthly report. Switch them on when the client is invited. Until then, nothing goes out on its own; you can still preview and send by hand from the Overview.
Switching someone off signs them out straight away.
You see a preview first. Nothing is saved until you confirm. The original file is kept.
